Cleaning a interactive whiteboard:  try to make sure your hands
and your student's hands are clean - use a soft cloth for daily
cleaning or dusting - If someone makes the mistake of using a
regular whiteboard eraseablemarker on your board, try using the
whiteboard cleaner for dry erase markers.  If it's a permanent
marker, try the age-old trick of tracing over the permanent
marker with a dry erase marker, and then erase.
